"If we want to champion prosperity and progress, we cannot ignore poverty. We should therefore emphasize the role of education as the most powerful weapon in breaking the vicious circle of poverty."

H. H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum

As part of Dubai Cares Campaign:

e-TQM College Cares Campaign

As part of e-TQM College’s support to Dubai Cares Campaign, the e-TQM College hosted on Wednesday, 17th October 2007, a fund-raising activity day which mainly served the purpose of launching the e-donations portal, in addition to a number of parallel activities that revolved around the theme of Dubai Cares Campaign.

Dubai Cares, which was launched under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, aims at educating more than a million children worldwide by raising donations across Dubai. Dubai Cares will support children's primary education in the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.

What made our event different?

  • It reflected both e-TQM College's and Dubai Cares Campaign's mutual vision in disseminating knowledge to a broader spectrum in the world. e-TQM College with its "e-learning approach" and Dubai Cares Campaign with its approach of reaching out to needy children around the world and educating them.
  • It demonstrated the role that e-TQM College has played in extending the donations scope to go beyond the UAE's geographical boundaries, and that is through assistance and collaboration from our international academic affiliates in UK and elsewhere. Read More...
