2nd Annual Forum on e-Learning Excellence in the Middle-East 2009: is themed around four important aspects of e-learning, i.e. Inspire, Innovate, Initiate, Impact. This calls for presentations, keynote addresses and research work on ICT Innovations, e-Faculty, e-Training, m-Learning, e-Portfolios, Instructional Design, Digital Libraries, Learning Objects & Repositories, e-Learning Innovation, Content Development, etc. The Forum under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, UAE, is organized by the e-TQM College and is intended to bring together leaders and decision-makers to create an action agenda focused on e-Learning quality throughout the Middle East and North Africa region.
