من شعر صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم

سمو الشيخ حمدان بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم "فزاع" ... قمر تربى في عيون الشمس، وتغذى من نورها الساطع، هو مرآة أبيه, صورة تلونت بالمجد من كل صوب, وصفحة بيضاء يخط عليها الزمن أحلامه وأمانيه ... فارس مع الكلمة المستحيلة.. شاعر في ميادين التحدي.. راية تتقدم في سباق الأجيال ولايطالها أحد!

عاش "فزاع" مع والده فارس العرب, فقد علمه الشعر والفروسية. وكان يرافقه معظم جولاته وزياراته. وقد إشتهر "فزاع" بمشاركته الفعّالة في المناسبات الوطنية والإجتماعية وحرصه على المحافظة على التراث الإماراتي.. وقد ورث "فزاع" حب الفروسية منذ طفولته المبكرة, وسطر بحروف الذهب إسمه في أغلى سباقات الخيل وأصعبها في العالم, وفي كل مرة يفوز فيها "فزاع" بلقب أو كأس، كانت تنعكس في الأذهان صورة والده فارس العرب صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم وهو يخوض وعورة الدروب الصعبة، ويخرج منها ظافراً بالألقاب والأمجاد.

تخرج "فزاع" من كلية (ساندهيرست) العسكرية في بريطانيا.. وخاض مبكراً بحور الشعر، وغاص ليستخرج داناتها من أعماق النفس الإنسانية..في قصائده تتزين المعاني بصوره الأخاذه، وتتجلى في أبياته رموز الفخر والوطن والشجاعة والعروبة. ومثل أبيه.. ظهر نجم "فزاع" في أمسية رسمية، وقد أبدع فيها إبداعاً يشهد به الجميع ونال شهادة والده صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم بأنه الشاعر الواعد وصاحب المستقبل المشرق.

عشق فزاع وطنه، وغنى له فأبدع... جذبته الروح الجميلة من تاريخ الإمارات الضارب في القدم، فتصدى لإحياء رموز الماضي وفنونه التي تعلم الشجاعة والبطولة والفخر... وكانت البداية في عام 2001 حينما أسس ورعى سمو بطولات "فزاع" لليولة وجذب إليها العشرات من أبناء جيل اليوم ليتمرسوا بها وليتذكروا ماضي أجدادهم، ثم أضاف سموه إليها بطولات الصيد بالصقور والرماية والصيد بالكلاب، ومسابقات الغوص، وبقلب محب ومخلص لبلده وتراثه كان يتابع هذه النشاطات التراثي

في الأول من فبراير من عام 2008 أصدر سمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم قراراً بتعيين سمو الشيخ حمدان بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم ولياً لعهد إمارة دبي.

Message to Learners from the VC, Dr. Mansoor Al Awar

Dear Learners at Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University,

On behalf of the Leadership of our University, all of its employees and our Board of Governors, it gives me great pleasure to inform you that as from February 1st 2009, The e-TQM College  has changed to Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University not only bearing the name of His Highness The Crown Prince of Dubai but also having him as our Patron. The e-TQM College has served us well in setting the foundation for growth and development of our diverse activities and preparing us for this significant change.

The transformation of The e-TQM College to a University status will allow us to continue the important work of growing e-Learning in The Arab World and spreading the education of Quality and Excellence in all sectors of the economy. We will continue to emphasize on Lifelong Learning, creating opportunities for all, providing affordable but high quality education and of course being customer centric in everything we do. Our core values which propelled us from height to height will remain unchanged and our belief that a modern university should be open, transparent, inclusive, stakeholder oriented and internationally focused will be emphasized on even more.

We will continue to forge strong links internationally, work closely with our existing and new partners and build smart relationships based on mutual interests and the principle of sharing and transfer knowledge and know how to provide our learners with the utmost and up to date knowledge, services and support. We will also continue to play a positive role in growing awareness, education and application of e-Learning and Quality in various parts of the World and to do so joint with our international alliances which will bring a great value to our learners.

...من كلية إلى جامعة وهذه هي البداية

من برج العرب انطلقت نجمة جديدة في سماء المجد إنها جامعة حمدان بن محمد الإلكترونية التي نشرت خيوط أشعتها ببريق إلكتروني تميز بالجودة والتميز.. ريادة ومضموناً.. اختلطت فيها مشاعر فرح جني الثمار وقطفها.. فقد كان د. منصور العور (مدير الجامعة) هو من زرع بذرة الجودة على أرضنا وسقاها بعلمه وخبرته وإرادته إلى أن أصبحت هذه البذرة شجرة تطرح ثمارها لكل المتعلمين..

 لقد أفنى حياته علماً وجهداً لتحقيق هذه الفكرة وتطبيقها لأول مرة في دولة الإمارات آخذاً بعين الاعتبار فكر شيخ قد أفاض الدنيا بتميزه في جميع الآفاق شعراً وفروسية ووعياً وسياسة واقتصاداً (الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم ) حفظه الله ورعاه والذي قال – الجودة ليست غاية بل أسلوب حياة- وقد أخذ الرجلان على عاتقهما بناء هذا الصرح بخطوته الأولى في إدارة الجودة الشاملة بشرطة دبي ومن ثم كلية إلكترونية للجودة الشاملة كتدريب مهني ومن ثم اعتماد برامج للمتعلمين في الدراسات الجامعية والعليا.. وقياساً بأي جامعة إلكترونية فإنها تعتبر الجامعة الأسرع في صعود بريقها عالياً حيث لا يتجاوز عمرها الخمس سنوات حيث أصبحت خلالها نموذجاً حياً للتعليم عن بعد لكل الراغبين بالالتحاق في كافة برامجها المنوعة والمتميزة كماً ونوعاً..
