بلمسة إلكترونية أطلق سمو الشيخ حمدان بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم ولي عهد دبي جامعة حمدان بن محمد الإلكترونية التي كانت في السابق الكلية الالكترونية للجودة الشاملة بحضور الفريق أول/ ضاحي خلفان تميم -القائد العام لشرطة دبي- وحشد من المسؤولين من مختلف القطاعات الحكومية والخاصة في الدولة، وذلك يوم الأحد الموافق 1 فبراير 2009 في قاعة الفلك بفندق برج العرب في دبي. وقد ابتدأ برنامج حفل الافتتاح بالنشيد الوطني لدولة الإمارات تلاه تلاوة القرآن الكريم، ثم عرض فيلم وثائقي عن مسيرة الكلية وإنجازاتها السابقة، بعدها قام الدكتور/ منصور العور مدير الجامعة بتقديم الكلمة الترحيبية ونبذة عن إنجازات الكلية وماتقوم به من دور رائد في مجال التعليم الإلكتروني، ثم قام البروفيسور/ محمد زائيري مساعد المدير العام لشؤون التخطيط والاستراتيجية بالتعريف بالخطة المستقبلية والمنهج الجديد الذي ستتبعه الجامعة أثناء مسيرتها في التعليم. وبلمسة إلكترونية دشن رسمياً سمو الشيخ حمدان بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم جامعة حمدان بن محمد الإلكترونية، والتي تعتبر الأولي من نوعها في الدولة وفي الدول العربية. وقد تم إطلاق الجامعة بعد اعتراف التعليم العالي بها، واعتمادها من سمو الشيخ نهيان بن مبارك آل نهيان- وزير التعليم العالي. وبعد إطلاق سمو ولي عهد دبي للجامعة، أكد أن المدرسة الأولى التي انتهل منها قبل الجامعة هي مدرسة صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم نائب رئيس الدولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء حاكم دبي، الذي غرس بداخلنا التطلع الدائم للوصول إلى المركز الأول وأن المركز الثاني يعتبر بالنسبة لنا أول الخاسرين. كما اطلع سموه على البرامج التدريسية المتنوعة والجديدة التي تقدمها الجامعة والتي تتوافق مع الرؤية التي رسمها لها صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد لتكون منبراً للعلوم والإبداع والابتكار.
Crown Prince of Dubai Launches Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University
Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rahsed Al Maktoum launched on Sunday, February 1st, 2009 the Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University, the first e-University in the UAE and region.
At the launching ceremony held at the Burj Al-Arab Hotel in Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan watched a documentary film on the history of the educational development in UAE, ended with a brief introduction about the Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University.
Vice President of the Univerity, Dr. Mansoor Al Awar presented about the achievements of the e-TQM College and stated that the e-University is a result of continuous efforts. Then came Prof. Zairi, Assistant Vice President for Strategy and Growth, who gave an overview about the new vision of the e-University and future concept of learning.
Dedicating the institution to the nation, the Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rahsed Al Maktoum switched on the e-University announcing its official opening.
The Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University is fully accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education and all national institutions.
